Magnus Minerals acquires a 16.67% stake in Excava Holding, providing funds to continue exploration.

Excava Holding (“Excava”), is pleased to announce that Finish prospect generator Magnus Minerals has acquired a 16.67% equity interest in the company. Excava also welcomes Carl Lofberg, CEO of Magnus Minerals and Firefox Gold, to the company’s board of directors. The proceedings will be used to further expand the grassroots portfolio in Chile, fund exploration activities and to continue growing the business.

Magnus Minerals Ltd is a private Finnish prospect generator company focused on mineral exploration across commodities. The company has decades of experience in prospecting and consulting on mineral exploration in Finland and have completed several joint ventures with majors and junior mining companies.
